Can I make a change to another person's member record.
No. It is best if the member himself/herself to go to the Members Only section of the website and click on Member Tools, then when they click on the Update Contact Information there’ll be a place where they can submit the need changes.
If you’ve been tasked to update the information, then email the information to membership@apwa.net and our Membership Specialists will process the change (and copy the member on the message so they know it’s being handled).
