I didn't get my confirmation email. Where is it? Is my account ready?

With the ever growing flood of spam, today’s spam filters have grown extremely stringent and can block long awaited emails. Our daily emails pass through several spam filters from our Internet Service Providers (ISP) and Employers before arriving at our own personal email inbox. Any one of these filters could have prevented the confirmation from reaching you.

APWA is striving to work with all ISP’s to ensure that emails sent from APWA reach you in a timely manner. However, once the email leaves our mail server there is nothing more we can do.

If you have not received your confirmation email please contact our APWA Support staff at 800- 848-APWA. Our staff will be happy to help you complete the activation process.
